Looking for one more flatmate to join myself (the homeowner) and two friendly flatmates in my freshly renovated home in Avonside. I live in the separate sleepout, so the bathroom in the house is shared between the three flatmates. The room is unfurnished.

The house has lovely hot water pressure (and a bathtub!), superfast fibre internet (included in the rent) for all your streaming and gaming needs, plenty of pot plants, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The Avon River is just down the road if you enjoy weekend walks or getting out in nature.

The layout has separate spaces, so there’s always somewhere to unwind, read a book, work on a hobby, or have a chat with the others. We’re all pretty independent but enjoy catching up when we’re around. It’s a home where everyone respects each other’s space.

About us: Rachel (37) – Office worker who enjoys hiking, staying active, movies, and always has a creative project on the go. Aafje (21) – Works at a café, loves K-pop, hiking, and has a very relaxed personality. Chris (26) – Enjoys getting out on the boat and playing guitar.

We’re looking for someone who will help maintain a calm, tidy, and respectful home. Full-time workers or those working part-time while studying are welcome. Rainbow friendly. Sorry, no pets, and the room isn’t suitable for couples or working from home. Non smoking, vaping is ok outside.

Extras: rent is $200 a week including internet. Power is split equally between all occupants. Bond of $400 and 2 weeks rent paid in advance.
