This room is located in an amazing area! It’s an 8 minute walk to New World, 5 minute walk to Courtney Place and the bus stops and 3 minutes to the Embassy cinema :) The house is located at the bottom of Mt Vic, so there is no hill to walk up and incredibly central The house itself has two bathrooms with two showers and storage space under the stairs for any suitcases or big items.

The flatmates are all girls, all students in their mid to late 20s but open to any age range Everyone is very friendly and likes to chat about their days but also keep to themselves and have their own lives going on. It’s not a party household, everyone is super respectful and welcoming, looking for someone like-minded who is also interested in a quiet and chill house!
