I am currently looking for someone to move into my cosy, cute 1910’s villa in Leamington. The room is a good size and has a built in wardrobe. The house is all furnished except the room. The third room I will be keeping free as a spare room/office space for me. There is a heating system that goes into all the rooms. I will be doing some small renovations around the house over time but shouldn’t be too disruptive. Bills will be a fixed 30 dollars extra per week which includes electricity/gas and internet.

I am a 33 year old female who recently purchased the home last year. I am looking for someone that is fits well into the space- who is friendly, chilled out, clean and reliable. You will be living with me and my French Bulldog, Charlie. I am working full-time as an occupational therapist which includes working from home and seeing people in their homes. So ideally looking for someone who is working during the week days. It would be lovely to find someone who likes to have a chat, have a laugh and share the odd meal together.
