Hi there!! I have a flatmate moving out in mid-November so her room will now be available. This home is a 3-bedroom house with a wooden deck, a garage and plenty of parking space off the street. It’s a very low maintenance and is perfect for 2-3 people. The available room (2.7x3m) includes a wardrobe, window and allows plenty of sunlight to shine through during the day! The room will also include a bed and a set of drawers. The area itself is a safe and quiet area of West Auckland.

I (26yr Male) have been living in this house for a couple of years now. There were previous flatmates but they have recently moved away for work, so I’m hoping to fill up the extra space! 😁

I am a quiet and very clean person who enjoys and respects privacy. I’m hoping to find a new flatmate that is similar to me in that aspect! I do shift work at the Whenuapai Air Base, so there will be some nights that I will be away from home.

I also own a 3 year old Tabby cat named Cleo. She’s shy at first (especially when it comes to meeting new people), but she can warm up to new people pretty quickly 😸💖

The other flatmate is an older gentleman (Moses) who works in Westgate. He’s very kind, respectful and enjoys meeting new people. Moses works long hours, so he usually does not come home until late.
