Hi there!! This home is a 3-bedroom house with a wooden deck, a garage and plenty of parking space off the street. It’s a very low maintenance and is perfect for 2-3 people. There is a master bedroom 3.75x3m) and another room (2.7x3m) that both include a wardrobe, window and allows plenty of sunlight to shine through during the day! These rooms are both unfurnished. The area itself is a safe and quiet area of West Auckland.

I (26yr Male) have been living in this house for over a year now. There were previous flatmates but they have recently moved away for work, so I’m hoping to fill up the extra spaces! 😁

I am a quiet and very clean person who enjoys and respects privacy. I’m hoping to find 2 new flatties that are similar to me in that aspect! I do shift work at the Whenuapai Air Base, so there will be some nights that I will be away from home.

I also own a 3 year old Tabby cat named Cleo who is just the sweetest lil thing! 🥰 She’s shy at first (especially when it comes to meeting new people), but she can warm up to new people pretty quickly 😸💖
