We have two rooms available in a modern townhouse in Fairfield/Chartwell.

You’ll be living with an awesome female flatmate in her late 20s who works full time. We’re ideally looking for friendly, tidy flatmates of a similar age who are also working full time.

• $225 per room, per week

• Power + wifi split monthly between flatmates (usually around $20± per week)
