The house is sunny, has large windows and lots of natural light with a good-sized living room, central heating and cooling and ample parking spaces. fully fitted kitchen. walking distance to the Hilltop, Summerhill shopping complex and both the unis. Quick access to a lot of walking paths and the reserve.

PS: I have a smaller room up for grabs as well. if you want to move in with a mate it’s a perfect space for you and we can sort out the rent for a minimal amount.

I’m a working professional who keeps things pretty tidy and enjoys a relaxed, easygoing home environment. I’ve got a friendly dog, so ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable around pets. I’m into art, music, and sports, and I enjoy a balance between chilling at home and heading out every now and then. I respect people’s space and boundaries, but also happy to hang out, have a chat, or share a drink when it suits.
