• On the top floor of our 3-storey townhouse

Rent covers your room, wifi, power (electricity + gas), water, gardener and shared consumables such as cleaning products.

The flat:

• Clean, quiet and well-maintained home
• Shared kitchen and a small living area + balcony
• Equipped with a fridge freezer and a washer dryer
• Close to local shops, parks, 5 min drive to the motorway and a 5 min walk from the bus stop.
• Street parking available

Ideal Flatmate:

• Clean, tidy, quiet and respectful
• Reliable with payments and communicates well
• Preferably a working professional
• Not suitable for someone who is a full-time remote worker
• Non-smoker

You’ll be living with a couple in mid-20s and one other flatmate (male) in early 20s. We are not a social/party flat. We’re friendly and up for a chat, but also value our own space and a peaceful environment.

We have 2 friendly cats in the home, so you’ll need to be ok living with cats!

We have a cleaning roster for the common spaces, so you’ll need to be ok with contributing to this and maintaining a clean space for everyone.

We prefer no sleepovers but happy for you to have guests over occasionally.
