Looking for a single flatmate to join a quiet property in naenae Lower Hutt. You’ll have your own private studio from the main house, giving you plenty of space and independence.

The studio includes off street parking, two bedrooms, your own kitchenette.

Partly furnished with a double bed, tv, two 2 seater couches, washing machine, mini fridge/ freezer, mini oven and microwave - but also can be empty if you prefer.

Suitable for a mature individual who is tidy, respectful, and a non-smoker. I also have a friendly dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. This is a relaxed quiet home - no parties.
