Looking for a female flatmate to join our beautiful beach house in Mount Maunganui! The house is newly renovated with 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living area, and a wraparound deck and garden. You’ll be sharing a large bathroom (separate toilet) with 2 other girls. The house is in an ideal location, within walking distance to the beach, Special Mention, and Bayfair Shopping Centre.

The room is sunny and can come furnished if needed with a bed (brand new mattress purchased <6 months ago!), bed frame, chest of drawers, and side table for $350. Can be unfurnished if preferred. The room also features a huge double wardrobe with top shelf storage. We also have a large outdoor area and garage for storage.

No pets, smokers, or couples, sorry.
