Your room is spacious and gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day; it’s closest to the heat pump in the lounge, which is rarely needed because the flat stays warm (and dry) throughout the year. Our kitchen gets all the sun and we have a gas stove!

We’ve got a big yard which is rare for how close we are to town. No noisy neighbours or property managers here. Our landlords come round regularly to mow the lawns love a good yarn, but mostly let us be.

A bit about us… We’re two girls in our 20’s, both working full time in the city and looking for a new flatmate (as our current flatmate is sadly going overseas). We’d love someone of a similar age, who also likes to socialise, but is okay doing their own thing. We like to keep our flat feeling friendly and homely! 🩷
