The Details: *Looking for: A single, tidy working professional. (Strictly no pets and no smokers, please). *Expenses: Shared utility bills are approximately $100 per month per person. *Move-in costs: 3 weeks bond + 1 week’s rent in advance. (3 weeks’ notice required before moving out).
