About the room

Hey! Looking for one flatmate to share a brand new 4-bedroom home in the Arbour Green area of Rolleston. It’s a brand new build with a double garage. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the spare rooms would be a guest room and possibly an office. Happy to chat through options. Current furniture in the house is a couch, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, nespresso machine. All the essentials are sorted - just no dining table yet, but that’s on the list. Your room would be an unfurnished double bedroom. The main bathroom is effectively your own (only shared with the odd visitor), as I have my own ensuite. $300/week + share of power & internet

I’m pretty quiet and chill, work full time and occasionally work from home. I like cooking/baking and having a chat. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Working professionals or mature students preferred. There will be a mini schnauzer that comes to stay sometimes. He is very chill, well behaved, and just wants to be friends with everyone.
