We are looking for two flatmates to fill two rooms in our lovely Kaiwharawhara flat! Close proximity to the CBD with cheap rent! LGBTQ+ friendly, 20s, female flatmates preferred 🌈

Option to view for individual or both rooms: Room A: $215 p/w, bigger room with lots of sun in the afternoon Room B: $210 p/w, gets lots of morning sunlight ☀️ Additional expenses are $20 per week to cover wifi and power.

Both rooms can fit queen beds, desks, and drawers, and have single built-in wardrobes. The flat has 4bdr in total, a spacious living/kitchen area with gorgeous views, and one bathroom. Great responsive landlord.
