Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to fill my room in Hamilton East! (Walking distance to Waikato Uni)
Room is available from mid July.
Rent is $148 a week, plus $2 for shared flat necessities (so $150 total), and utilities are split at the end of each month. Bond is $592.
The flat is fully furnished. A queen bed base comes with the room (don’t have to use), and there are 2 off street parks shared between flatmates.
Bedroom is a good size and fits a queen bed, desk, and drawers. I also have a desk available for $20, and it would be ideal to find someone happy to take that.

About the flat: you’ll be living with 4 girls all in their 20s, all studying, so we’re looking for someone similar or a working professional.
Flatmates are tidy and respectful, and we have a nice balance of being social while still doing our own thing.
