The building is very safe and clean. Best of all, residents have free access to an open on-site gym, swimming pool, and sauna!

We value a peaceful, clean, and stress-free living environment. If you love coming home to a tidy, relaxing space and respect others’ boundaries, you will fit right in! Expenses: Power & Water are split equally among all flatmates (pay for what we use) Bond: 3 weeks rent ) Fully refunded upon move-out if everything is in order

Stay period: 3 months minimum (Long-term preferred) Notice period: 1 months notice required before moving out
