Hi everyone! 😊Thanks for checking out this post. I’m looking for clean and tidy flatmates to join us in our beautiful and super convenient apartment in the heart of Wellington City! The building is very safe and clean. Best of all, residents have free access to an open on-site gym, swimming pool, and sauna!

We value a peaceful, clean, and stress-free living environment. If you love coming home to a tidy, relaxing space and respect others’ boundaries, you will fit right in! Expenses: Power & Water are split equally among all flatmates (pay for what we use) Bond: 3 weeks rent ) Fully refunded upon move-out if everything is in order

Room available: $240/month (room is Unfurnished). Perfect if you already have your own furniture or want to save on moving costs! The shared living room and kitchen come furnished. Please make yourself at home and use whatever you need!

Stay period: 1 months minimum (Long-term preferred) Notice period: 1 months notice required before moving out
