You’ll be living with one other female (25) in this sunny town home close to the centre city. The area is quiet and leafy, with easy transport links to the city and out of Chch. Living room / Kitchen is spacious and light, opening onto a balcony. Room is an average size, fits a queen bed, has built in wardrobe, and a huge window with view of the city lights. Comes unfurnished so you can make it your own. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Small garden out the back with a garage and an extra parking spot. Cat friendly.
