It has a HRV and gas heater to keep the flat cosy, warm and dry. All utilities are included in the price. There is a north facing deck to sit and enjoy the sun and private garden outlook.

This is a unique opportunity to have your own private entrance and bathroom but it is only for a temporary term as I am going overseas. You have the entire place to yourself. Total privacy.

I’m looking for a single person or couple who is reliable and responsible; working or student. This would best suit someone who is looking for a temporary stay available from June 17 until August 21 with little baggage. There is no space for much more than a couple of suitcases.

The flat is close to all amenities. Ponsonby Rd with all its restaurants and bars is just a minute away as is public transport (Link). A walk to CBD will take about 20 minutes. Woolworths Supermarket is about a short walk and city and gyms are in walking distance.

There is no real parking as new Auckland Transport rules make it difficult. However, public transport is very good and amenities including the CBD are within walking distance
