About the house: 2-bedroom unit in Sockburn/Upper Riccarton. The house has a super sunny open-plan lounge and kitchen, plus a lovely outdoor area with a deck. There’s an internal access garage (currently being used for storage), and a really spacious bathroom with both a bath and large shower.
The available room faces the backyard, gets great afternoon sun, and feels nice and private. The room can also be furnished with a double bed if needed. The rest of the flat is already fully furnished! deally looking for someone around a similar age who also works full-time. I’m flexible with lease terms, but ideally looking for someone interested in staying around 9–12 months.

About the roomies
I’m 24 and work full-time as an occupational therapist in mental health. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing at home, spending time with family and friends, and getting out and about. I really value a clean, peaceful environment. I’m not a huge party person, but do enjoy a drink every now and then.
I also have a cat called Simba, she’s affectionate but a little shy at first, and loves attention once she gets to know you 🐱
