Just a quick jaunt from the station, this room is right on the edge of town. Shared with 3 other lovely guys, its a nice and quiet spot. Great for those often commuting in and out of town. Very close to Thorndon New World and other amenities. Fully furnished kitchen + shared living room shared between all tenants. This room catches a lot of sunlight and plenty warm during the winter without a heater (fan for the heat recommended though!)

3 guys, all working full time in their 20s-30s. Very quiet, everyone does their own thing but happy to have a chat while passing by each other. Your bathroom is shared with one other person, kitchen is shared between all 4. Everyone pitches in happily for shared chores and commonly used items, food is individual.
