This is a quiet family home, not a party house! We have a Large room with a SUPERKING bed available in the beautiful Town of Omokoroa! Great views, beautiful home and amazing neighborhood. Close to Omokoroa beach with shops just down the road, what more could you ask for! There is a chemist, fresh choice, local tavern, bakery, barber, bottle o, and much more.The room comes with a set of drawers, Superking bed and has a large built in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other but they keep the bathroom and separate toilet very clean. All bills are included, water, Electricity and wifi all within reason.

We are a couple in our 30s with a 4 year old social son, he is very well behaved and attends daycare 9am-4:30pm mon-Fri. There is one other flattie in thier 30s aswell who works from 1:30pm till 1:30am Monday to Friday. We love our privacy but we love a social bbq here and there on the weekends. We are looking for a couple who is like minded and respectful, who is clean and tidy and is happy to join a family home!
