The location is very convenient, with a bus stop only a few seconds’ walk away and Botany Town Centre just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Rent includes water, electricity and broadband, subject to reasonable fair usage.

I am a healthcare professional and the house is occupied by myself and my young daughter, who stays with me at times. She is well-mannered and not intrusive, so the home would suit someone mature, respectful and comfortable in a family-friendly household.

I also have a small older dog who mostly keeps to himself, so the person must be pet friendly.
