Although this is rented as a “flatmate” situation, in reality most of the property is not being used most of the time. It is 2bedrooms, separate toilet and open plan living dining with laundry (W/D) inside the main bathroom. I need exclusive access to the front bedroom for my work as a neuromuscular therapist during daytime (including some weekend days) and I need to be able to offer the toilet to my clients. Occasionally I may want to use the living space to get some water jugs filled, perhaps have a friend visit, but I’ll try to do that when the flatmate is not there so that you have private use most of the time. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom which can have a bed if you need it. Built in wardrobe, heat pump and gas fire place, deck, very quiet environment with outlook over bush and stream. Parking for one car onsite.

I’m a retired nurse living next door and looking after my husband, and I’m using this house for my business and occasionally having friends visit when I want time away from the other house! I will not be sleeping in the home, and I occasionally want to use the kitchen and living space.
