I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from July 2026, as I’ll be moving back home to Germany.

The house is super centrally located, just a short walk to the University, Central Library, Hospital, and supermarkets, making it perfect for students or working professionals.

You’d be living with four lovely flatmates (3 girls and 1 guy) who are all friendly, respectful, and tidy. It’s definitely not a party flat, so the house has a really calm and relaxed vibe—ideal if you enjoy a peaceful place to come home to after work or a quiet environment for studying.

The room available is an ensuite, so you’ll have your own bathroom (no queueing in the mornings 😉). The house and the room are very spacious, and it’s a great place to relax or have a few friends over.

💰 Rent: $345 per week (including power and WiFi)
