It’s a 3-storey townhouse in Royal Oak, super handy location. About a 5-minute walk to Pak’nSave, heaps of fast food spots nearby, and just a 1-minute walk to a bus stop (30) that goes straight into the city.
The room is on the top floor, north-facing, and comes with your own ensuite, sink area with extra storage just outside, walk-in wardrobe, and a balcony overlooking One Tree Hill. You’ll be sharing the top level with two other rooms.
The house is really spacious, big kitchen with a butler’s pantry, lounge and guest bathroom on the second floor, and a study downstairs (where the 4th room is located). There’s ducted AC throughout, heated bathroom floors and towel rails, plus a large balcony off the main living area on second level.
You’ll be joining 2 young professionals in their mid to late 20s, who are quiet and independent (currently on the lookout to fill 2nd double room). Ideally looking for a long-term couple around a similar age to take over the master-ensuite, but open to singles too.
