About the room

Just a 5 min walk to Papamoa beachon a quiet street and 5 min drive to Papamoa Plaza/grocery stores. Three bedroom home has a private back yard. One or two bedrooms to rent. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. 3-6 months rent then can review, 2 weeks notice required.

About the roomies

Iā€™m an active woman in my 50ā€™s commuting to Auckland. I get home to Papamoa every 2nd weekend and am a team of two.. I have a large friendly dog. Iā€™m relaxed, social and tidy and happy to do the lawns and gardening.
