The room is large and spacious on the ground floor, with some morning sun. It will come with a wardrobe and potential for more furniture. There are two other rooms on the ground floor and three rooms upstairs.

The kitchen is fully decked out with all amenities. There is also a dining room table and chairs, two lounge chairs, a couch, and a large smart television in communal areas. There is a washing machine and dryer, seperate to the house so it can’t be heard at night. Both floors have a bathroom and there is an outside flushable toilet. The flat had an outside lawn with a garden bed and picnic table.

It is a one minute walk to campus and central library, a 10 minute walk to Unipol and a 15 minute walk to the Octagon. It is also conveniently located by a vegetable store, Indian mart, liquor store, and fast food places.

There are five other people living in the flat, 2 boys and 3 girls, all currently third year students studying science and surveying degrees. Four of the flatmates do shared meals and everyone pitches in for chores. The flat is a chill study vibe but everyone enjoys a drink or bar trip in the weekend.

There is also a flat cat! He is super social.
