NIGHTLY ROOM OR SHORT TERM STAYS ONLY We have a furnished room in our family duplex available for nightly rent and short term stays. Price $50 is per night. Or weekly stay $315
You will have a single room, with King single bed, drawers and bedside. You will have your own bathroom and access to shared spaces - kitchen, laundry, dining, living. The photos with white drawers shows the current layout, however there is the bigger king single bed in there now (not the single day bed as shown).
You can cook, please tidy up after yourself in shared spaces. No smoking or vaping inside. Quiet time after 10pm to respect home and also neighbours
Host and 2 teenagers will be around. Your room is located downstairs, ours is upstairs.
We have a large dog and 5 cats so must be comfortable with pets.
About the roomies
Host - mum 2 teenagers - sometimes at home 5 cats - super friendly 1 large dog, friendly but can be abit jumpy barking initially with new people.
