About the room

Maketu self contained room for let, long term stay preferred. The room/s adjoins the main home but is fully independent. Weekly price is $320 for a single, $370 couple. Price includes reasonable use power, WIFI, water and rubbish. This is suitable for a single person preferably or a couple ONLY. No pets allowed. The one bedroom with TV has an ensuite. Living area has a kitchen set up with lounge living space. Includes an underbench washing machine, small fridge, microwave and benchtop oven and portable hotplate. Note the living area is a garage but has never been used for this purpose, full living area is fully insulated. The communal outodoor area offers Panoramic sea views, large outdoor living and bbq cooking . Genuine enquiries only need apply, viewing is by appointment only.
