I have a lovely room for rent in a central Auckland apartment. There is great access to public transport and motorways, and the CBD is within walking distance. The room fits a queen size bed, has a built in wardrobe and has space for drawers. The room is currently furnished, but can be emptied out if you would prefer to use your own furniture. The apartment has a large shared living space, a separate office or secondary living space and a private outdoor terrace area. There is also a shared tandem carpark with one spot available.

I work in the public sector with a science background. I have a pretty regular schedule where I work from home once a week. On the weekend I usually end up seeing friends, going for walks or having a chill time at home.

I am pretty easy going, I like to spending my free time baking, cooking and crafting.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. I love socializing so I am looking for a flatmate who’s up for a chat at the end of the day, the occasional shared meal, movie night, walk, or weekend activity.

We would also be sharing the apartment with my cat. She is super friendly and loves to be the center of attention (you may spot her in some of the posting pics haha).
