Room is decent sized, can come partially furnished with a queen bed (bedding not included) or empty if you’d prefer your own furniture. The house is dpuble insulated, has an hrv system and a fireplace. Price for room includes use of facilities, your own fridge freezer and panty space aswell as unlimited fiber internet. Power is split between everyone at the end of each month.

Current tenants are in their early 30s, are working and in the process of starting studying. We are gamers and generally keep to ourselves but are also keen to have a games night, we also have cats, dogs and chickens living on the property.
