🏡 Flatmate wanted – Strandon, New Plymouth 🏡

Looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful working professional in there 20’s to rent a room in my home. You’ll be living with one female shift worker, so someone considerate of different work hours and who enjoys a calm, relaxed home would be a great fit.

The house is furnished, but the bedroom itself is unfurnished so you can set it up how you like. You’ll also have use of the main bathroom to yourself most of the time.

Located in Strandon, New Plymouth, the house is within easy walking distance to town and the walkway as-well as having a lovely sunny outdoor deck to enjoy. Street parking is available.

A few things to note:

$260 per week (to be paid on Tuesday’s)
No smokers or vapers
No pets
No couples

Move in costs are 3 weeks bond ($780) plus 1 week rent in advance ($260)

Power, gas and wifi will be split each month. Food and utilities aren’t included.

The room is available from the 13th of July, however there can be some flexibility with the move-in date for the right person.
