Hello! We are looking for someone to fill the last room in our five bedroom apartment! Rent is $225 a week, plus expenses which usually work out around $25 a week. The room will fit a double bed with room for some storage and a desk! Perks! 🚶‍♀️‍➡️- 5 minutes walk to Cuba street, 10 minutes to Kelburn campus, 3 minute walk to Lambton Quay ☀️ - All day sun! With wall to wall windows, we get sun from first thing in the morning right up until it sets at night! 🌼 - The driest flat you’ll find in Wellington! We’ve never had a spot of mould, and not a drop of condensation 🔒- Super safe! Everything is fob entry and there are cctv cameras downstairs, we’ve always felt very secure in the apartment 🦎 - Amazing property manager and landlord! They keep on top of everything really well, and fix any issues right away 🫧 - A cleaner comes every fortnight to clean the bathroom as part of our rent!

A little bit about us: We’re a flat that loves to have a chat in the kitchen or go out on adventures together, but we also all love our own down time. We’re a mix of guys and gals with some of us being students in various years of study and some working full time. We also have shared dinners which you are welcome to take part in, or if you prefer to cook for yourself that’s cool too!
