This is a respectful and relaxed family home. We value open communication, consideration, and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. In return, we offer a peaceful living environment, a harmonious atmosphere, and hopefully a few good laughs along the way.

Your room has a separate external access and the rent covers power, wifi, and basic kitchen cleaning products. You’ll be sharing the toilet and shower with my friendly son, who is in high school and only stays here during the weekdays.

• Have a similar lifestyle: early riser, not a night owl

• My partner and I are home owners and live in the master bedroom. We both work and study, so our days are fairly structured.
• We’re early risers (up around 6am) and usually wind down by 9pm
• We enjoy learning, cooking, playing Nintendo games, spending quality time together. So basically we are nerds. Nerds are welcome here!
