I’ve got a single bedroom that will be available from the 13th of June and will need someone in asap in Otumoetai. I’m on the lookout for single females as it isn’t suited for couples It is a small two bedroom unit downstairs from the main house, so there are other people on the property besides myself. There are two dogs on the property one belonging to the house upstairs and one is mine, both are super friendly so will need to like dogs. Unfortunately no other pets will be allowed. The rent is $250 a week which includes all bills except your own food etc and move in bond is $750. Your room can come furnished with a closet if you’d like. About the roomies

I’m 20 years old and personally am a bit more quiet and relaxed and will give you your own space. Jet is a 1.5 year old lab cross, he is a very friendly pup and loves to play. He does not make a mess inside the house and is at work with me 4 days a week
