Two bedroom house currently occupied by myself (31y/o male) and two lovely cats (6y/o twins). About me, I work from home during the day & train/play my sports most evenings. Often at home during the winter but out a lot in Summer. Flat/room would be a great fit for another chill n sporty/nerdy type but not essential.
