Room is unfurnished but can absolutely be furnished for the right person (: Close to the CBD, Pukekura Park, Vogeltown shops, Woolworths supermarket. Off street parking is available. House has home gym set-up available for use in the garage. Nice bathroom with a walk-in, doubled headed shower. Good kitchen & huge, spacious open plan lounge (usually occupied by two super friendly cats.) leading out onto our deck which overlooks the park. Great views!!!

Two bedroom house currently occupied by myself (30yo male) and two cats (6yo twins). About me, I work from home during the day & train/play my sports most evenings. Often at home during the winter weekends but almost always out somewhere during the summer ones. Be a great fit for another chill n sporty/nerdy type but not essential.
