About the room

The room is a decent size, could easily fit a king size bed and still space. Has a built in wardrobe with good natural light.

The house is a pretty big 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. Have a garage with space for storage. No off street parking.

We already have one cat and best to have no more and the house isn’t suitable for dogs.

The house is Queens Drive, Lyall Bay. I’m not sure why it says Mt Victoria.

About the roomies

Two current flatmates both in our mid 40s. Work fulltime and enjoy a chat at the end of the day. Both independent with our own lives, sporty, quiet and friendly. Ideally you’ll be similar.
