Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our stunning St Heliers home.

This house has some amazing features including a pool, large garden area, a sitting room, living room/TV room, an entertainment/rumpus room, a large kitchen with scullery, and plenty of natural light.

Heating is provided by heatpumps, gas fire and wood fire. The house is situated adjacent to a beautiful native reserve, so the sound of birdsong is more prominent than the city sounds, We’re also a short 15 minute walk from Aucklands eastern beaches of Kohimarama and St heliers, and its amazing views, restaurants, bars and cafes.

In addition, we’re well situated to 3 bus routes, with stops for the TMK, 783 and 774 lines within a 5 minute walk.

The room has a built-in wardrobe, large south-east facing windows, a skylight and is unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with one other room, and there’s an additional downstairs toilet in the house so it never gets too busy. 1 off street car park is available with the room.

Rent is $280 per week, plus $45 for utilities/expenses and bond is 3 weeks rent ($840)

You’d be joining 4 others in our mid 30s, all well traveled working professionals, from NZ and abroad.

We’re a social bunch, and who respect each others space and privacy. We enjoy causal Friday drinks and the occasional movie night, and once in a while a shared dinner, though there’s never any pressure to join in. Due to the large size of the house and property, there’s no shortage of space if your preference is to relax and unwind.
