Two guys and one girl, all in their early 20s. Two are students in their 3rd years (architecture and early childhood education), and one graduate (works at the pool). All very friendly, clean and not too loud (not a party flat). Mostly keep to themselves, but all hang out as a flat too. Great people, have loved living with them.
