A sunny and super spacious unfurnished room is available in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house on The Terrace. The home has a front deck and a backyard with a washing line, perfect for relaxing or drying clothes in the sun.

Location: Walking distance to Wellington CBD and Vic Uni, 3-minute walk to Wills St, bus stop right outside (1-minute walk). Supermarkets, shops and cafes/restaurants all within walking distance.

House Features: Air-conditioner, fridge & freezer, gas stove and dishwasher. Separate laundry with washing machine + dryer. The whole house gets heaps of sunlight during the day.

Room Details: Super spacious room with 4 windows, sunny and dry. 3-door built-in wardrobe. Easily fits queen/king bed, desk/table, bookshelf, cupboard/dresser, TV or any large appliances. Please see furnished room picture for reference : )

Rent: single $280/week Bond: 3 weeks’ rent, lease runs till Feb 14th 2027, with the possibility for renewal. Expenses divided evenly between flatmates (power, gas, internet), and residential parking available off-street.
