You’ll have a double bedroom with double wardrobe, almost exclusive use of the main bathroom, and your own reserved off-street park right beside the house at the end of a right-of-way. The home is modern, warm, and (will be!) set up to be a comfortable place to come back to after work. All the shared spaces will be fully furnished by the time you move in!

The location is super handy:

• Less than 10 minutes to The Base, the Te Rapa industrial area, Rototuna, and Ngaruawahia
• 5 minutes to Flagstaff and SH1/SH1C
• Less than two minutes to the river path walk/cycleway

I’m hoping to find someone in their 20s or 30s, working full-time, and a non-smoker/non-vaper. Mostly, I’m after someone who’s considerate, tidy, easy to get along with, and wants a home that feels relaxed and welcoming.

Couples are also welcome by negotiation – rent would be $400 per week ($200 each), with utilities split 1/3 each.

There’s just one other flatmate – me, the owner. I’m a 30-year-old female working professional, friendly, tidy, and pretty chill to live with.
