The room: An ensuite room with two entrances - one leads straight into the butler’s pantry!
Location: Otahuhu, close to motorways, so Sylvia Park is a ten minute drive, and Newmarket is only 15minutes away! There’s a bus step practically on our doorstep, plus minute walk to a reserve for those summer picnics and clear evenings.
Furniture: Photos from the listing, but the house is fully furnished aside from bedrooms - including two double door fridges!
Our ideal flatmate: Generally someone who respects each other’s space, but maybe is also open to marathoning movies on a Friday night, drinks before going out to a gig together. Or who will just have a two minute chat when we pass in the hall.
