Good sized room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. The room will suit an individual mature professional tenant.
Rent is from $210 per week for a double room (without an ensuite), and $300 per week with an ensuite. Expenses are in addition and are $50 per person, per week which covers, wifi, power, cleaning of communal areas, gardening and consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, washing powder etc. The house has a good laundry.
It’s multicultural environment with our current flatmates from Argentina, Malaysia, Japan, America and Australia etc.
We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of others. Social. Into exercise and healthy lifestyle. Sports field and walking tracks close by. Average age in this house is in the 20’s. Mike and Fon live close by.
We have 3 houses a short distance apart so we are a close social team. We have occasional house dinners, games and film nights etc. We also do a variety of activities such as surfing, tramping, kayaking, zip lining, go-karting etc.
