Location: Awesome spot on the Symonds Street, apartment opposite Whitecliffe university and 2 minute walk to AUT and 5 minutes to UOA — Downstairs at the bottom we have a Circle K convenience store which has all your household and living needs, being open 24/7. We also a minutes away from food stores such as Pizzahut and Kebab shops ,and also an ATM.

The Flat: A social, easy-going flat of young male students in their second and third year of uni. Great balance of friendly/social while still respecting personal space and busy schedules.
