Details: • $250/week (single) + expenses • $350/week (couple) + expenses • Bond is 3 weeks’ rent • 1x off-street car park, plus plenty of on-street parking • Access to 2 secure sheds (surfboards, bikes, golf clubs, etc.) • Fully furnished house • Room can be furnished on request (2x single beds available) • Room includes double-glazed windows, a sliding-door wardrobe, and a wall panel heater • Shared bathroom • Boat, BBQ, and pretty much every streaming service thanks to my partner lol • 9-minute walk to Golf 360 • 15-minute walk to Bayfair Shopping Centre

My partner and I are both working professionals in our mid-20s and enjoy a good balance of social and quiet time. We’re into hockey, fishing, golf, and getting out on the boat. We also like keeping up with the latest TV shows, so expect a balanced mix of Love Island and House of the Dragon.

We’re easygoing, tidy, social, enjoy the occasional drink, and like keeping the flat a comfortable and relaxed space.

Ideally, we’re looking for a female flatmate or a couple of a similar age and lifestyle who are easy to get along with and keen for a good flat vibe.
