Located 2Km from Ngaruawahia and 20Km (20min) from hamilton. Prefer a single mature professional person. The tiny house has been used as an airbnb so is fully furnished. Storage space is limited. Parking next to the host dwelling is about 70m from the tinyhouse. The path is mostly level and is illuminated at night. The tenant would be responsible for refilling gas bottles (hot water and cooking hobs) and for electricity usage (separate check meter). Free WiFi is included. References preferred. Use of hosts laundry facilities by negotiation or use Laundromat in town.
About the roomies
The tiny house is just for you, you are not sharing with anyone else. The host dwelling is completely separate.
