We are looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible individual to join our home. You will be sharing the house with myself and my partner (both of us work and study). As you will be officially added to the tenancy agreement, there are a few standard requirements. Rent & Bills: Rent: $250 per week (includes 1 dedicated car park in the driveway). Utilities: Roughly $25 per week, shared equally between all tenants. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Clean & Tidy: Respectful of shared spaces. Financial Reliability: Always pays rent and bills on time. Move-in Requirements: Proof of income, a reference check, and a criminal record check are required for the tenancy agreement.
