About the property: 2 bedroom flat, so you will be living with another flatmate. 5mins to Southwestern Motorway. Down a quiet cul-de-sac street. One off street parking spot to be shared between the two flatmates. On street parking also available. Shared bathroom/kitchen. No laundry services available unfortunately (Laundromat is 1min drive away and very affordable).

About the room

Big room. Comes with drawers and wardrobe with mirror. Has a seperate storage cupboard.

Rent/utilities: Rent: $265 per week. All utilities included except power (including wifi, water and gas) Power is split between both flatmates (approximately about $10 to $15 per week) Bond: $750.00

About the other flatmate: The other flatmate is a full time working 19 year old boy who works at Auckland Airport ( he is 🏳️‍🌈 not interested in girls) . He is a very sociable, chill and easy going guy. Definitely someone you could become friends with and hangout with. He is very open about the flatting situation and would meet your needs.

He is looking for a very sociable, chill, easy going boy or girl flatmate. Preferably aged between 18 to 28. He loves going out whether it be casual drinks or clubbing, so a partygoer is preferred lol.
