The Street is quiet and has plenty of on street parking and a spot in the driveway you can share between 1 other flat mate. The room is located on the bottom floor it comes with 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen and living area and it’s segregated from the main house.

About the room: $275 per week with water and gas covered the only expense is power which comes up to about $15 dollars a week. It comes with a wardrobe and drawers and has a storage area.
