Spacious room available in a lovely flat in Mount Cook, just minutes from the city centre, universities, hospitals, cafes, and public transport. The room gets plenty of natural light and has enough space for a double/queen bed, desk, and storage. It has its own front door to leave the property and is the only room downstairs so plenty of privacy.

The flat is warm, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it perfect for a student or young professional wanting to be close to everything Wellington has to offer. One of the biggest perks is the off-street car park, which is a rare find this close to the CBD.

The flat is home to four girls aged 19–20 and has a really friendly, welcoming vibe. We all get along well and enjoy having a chat in the common areas, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime. It’s a great balance between being social and having your own independence.

I’m moving out to return home to Palmerston North to be closer to my family and support network, as well as for a new job opportunity. I’ve genuinely loved living here and wouldn’t be leaving if it weren’t for personal circumstances.

The other girls are all lovely, down to earth, and welcoming. Everyone has their own schedules with work, study, and social lives, so the flat is generally quite relaxed during the week while still being a great place to come home to. It’s a supportive and respectful household where everyone gets along well.
