Looking for a tidy, respectful flatmate to join our relaxed and friendly home.
The room is warm, sunny, and fully furnished with: • King single bed • Brand new sheets and towels • Desk and chair • Bedside table • Wardrobe • Full-length mirror
Rent is $210 per week, with a $420 bond. Power and unlimited internet are included. You’ll just need to supply your own washing powder and toilet paper.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and happy to treat the house like their own home rather than just a place to stay.
You’ll also need to be comfortable around affectionate labradors, as they are inside when I’m home.
This would suit a working professional or student looking for a calm, comfortable place to live with good people and cuddly dogs.
