Room Available for a Female Boarder

We are looking for a friendly female boarder to share our home. The room is unfurnished ( has a single bed and a side drawer)and includes the internet and power. You are welcome to use all household appliances and common areas.Also, the parking is secured just beside the entrance of the house.

We are a small, friendly household of ladies. I work full-time, my daughter is 12 years old, and my mother (late 50s) stays with us for approximately 6 months of the year.

The room is in a secure area of the house and is conveniently located close to the bathroom and toilet, making it very private and comfortable. Also packing is very safe. We are clean, respectful, and easy-going, and we are looking for someone similar. If you are interested or would like more information, please feel free to contact me.

Please note that this is my first time taking in a border, so you would be the only boarder in the home.
